Our role

AltFi Real Estate is a financial-services marketing company. We help business owners understand their options and connect with licensed third-party lending partners who originate, underwrite, and fund loans. AltFi Real Estate is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not fund loans directly.

Licensed lending partners

All loans referenced on this site are originated by licensed lenders. Each partner maintains the licenses required for the states and products it offers, and lends in accordance with applicable federal and state law. Specific lender names, NMLS identifiers, and license numbers are provided during the application process and on the applicable loan disclosures.

State availability

Product availability, rates, and terms vary by state and are subject to the licensing of the originating lender. Not all products are available in all states. The states in which a given product is offered will be confirmed during prequalification.
